Body Grade A+ : Like New / Premium Condition
The body is in like-new condition.
There are no visible scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, sticker marks, broken plastics or other noticeable cosmetic defects.
This grade is suitable for units that look almost new and are ideal for customers looking for premium quality.
Body Grade A : Very Clean Condition
The body looks very clean and has no obvious cosmetic issue.
Very small signs of use may exist, but they are difficult to notice and usually only visible under close inspection, at a specific angle or under strong lighting.
Allowed examples:
Very light micro scratches
Very small marks
Minimal signs of use on less visible areas
Body Grade A- : Good Condition / Light Visible Use
The body has visible signs of use, but they are still light to moderate and not major.
Cosmetic signs can be noticed during normal inspection, but the overall appearance of the laptop remains good and suitable for resale.
Allowed examples:
Light to moderate scratches
Small sticker or label marks
Small areas of discoloration
Minor corner wear
Very small dents
Light palmrest or touchpad wear
Body Grade B : Used Condition / Clearly Visible Use
The body has clearly visible signs of use.
Scratches, marks, sticker residues, dents, discoloration or wear are noticeable. The laptop is still complete and usable unless a specific defect is mentioned in the technical notes.
Allowed examples:
Clearly visible scratches
Noticeable body marks
Sticker marks or sticker residue
Visible dents
Worn palmrest
Worn touchpad
Worn keyboard surface
Body discoloration
Small cracks that do not affect use
Loose hings
Not allowed unless clearly mentioned:
Severe structural damage
Broken hinges
Missing major parts
Bent body affecting use
Damage that prevents normal operation
Body Grade C : Defective / Repair Grade
The body has serious damage or the unit is not suitable for direct resale without repair.
Examples:
Major cracks
Missing plastics
Broken hinges
Bent housing
Missing parts
Heavy physical damage
Damage that affects opening, closing or normal use
Grade C units are considered repair-grade, defective or suitable for parts.
Screen Grade A+ : Perfect Display
The screen is in perfect or near-perfect condition.
There are no visible scratches, marks, spots, pressure marks, white spots, discoloration, dead pixels, screen lines or cracks.
This grade is suitable for units with a clean display and premium visual condition
Screen Grade A : Very Clean Display
The screen looks very clean during normal use.
Very small marks or micro scratches may exist, but they are difficult to notice and usually only visible when the screen is turned off, at a specific angle or under strong lighting.
During normal use with the screen turned on, the display appears clean.
Screen Grade A- : Good Display / Minor Marks Not Visible During Use
The screen may have visible marks, scratches, keycap marks, faint spots or minor pressure marks when the laptop is turned off.
However, the key point is:
These marks are not visible or not noticeable during normal use when the screen is turned on.
The display remains comfortable to use and the defects are not distracting.
Allowed examples:
Light scratches visible mainly when screen is off
Minor screen marks
Light keycap marks
Faint white spots not noticeable during use
Minor pressure marks not distracting during use
Small marks visible only under certain angles
Not allowed:
Marks clearly visible during normal use
Large white spots
Strong pressure marks

Screen Grade B : Used Condition / Clearly Visible Use
The body has clearly visible signs of use.

Many dead pixels
Display not usable for normal work
Grade C screens are considered defective or repair-grade.
